To access Microsoft Azure services The highest level mechanism that you’re going to need to do that is an account. Account uniquely identifies you as an Azure user inside of Microsoft. Azure subscriptions are used to grant you the user access to Azure based resource and resource is are those things that you consume inside of Azure i.e. virtual machines, networking, infrastructure storage and much more.
