Reservation

Some companies reserve date and clinic for employees. Other companies ask employees to do reservation by themselse to the specified clinics. Depending on clinic, you would be able to reserve date by online portal or by phone call.

Online Reservation Example

I am using clinic for online reservation:

• Go to: https://www.mtc-nihonbashi.jp/en/reserve/
• Health Screening > Medical Checkup (contract health insurance/company) > Click “Online Reservation”
• Those who make a reservation for the first time on this web system > Click “Health insurance and office assistance”
• Insurance card information input screen > Fillup details > Next
• Fillup required inputs > confirmation page
• A confirmation email will be sent > click confirmation link in the email > complete
